Braking is handled by AMG composite cross-drilled brake rotors paired with optional red-finished calipers.
The heated, ventilated, and massaging multicontour front seats feature embossed AMG crests on the headrests, and they are trimmed in Manufaktur Exclusive Tartufo Brown Nappa leather with contrasting stitching that extends to the rear bench, lower dashboard, and portions of the door panels. Carbon-fiber trim and black Nappa leather accent the interior, and a Macchiato Beige microfiber headliner was optioned from the factory. Additional appointments include the Airscarf neck-warming system, a Burmester surround-sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless device charging, and MBUX infotainment with an 11.9? touchscreen, navigation, and Apple CarPlay capability. The Touring Line added hands-free access, illuminated door sill plates, AMG Light Display, a surround-view camera system, a heated steering wheel, and AMG Drive Unit steering wheel buttons.
The AMG Performance steering wheel is mounted on a power-adjustable column and is equipped with a pair of shift paddles. Instrumentation is contained within a configurable 12.3? display with a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as readouts for additional vehicle information. The car was optioned with an AMG head-up display, and the Driver Assistance Package, which added adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and assistants for steering, lane changes, emergency braking, and more. The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter M117 V8 was rated at 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in August 2024. Recall services were completed in 2023 and 2024 by Mercedes-Benz of Monterey, California.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip rear differential, and a 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. The car is equipped with an AMG Performance exhaust system.
